Week 11 complete -- you'd think my body would be use to this game by now.  But no.  I'm actually more sore now than I have any recollection of being related to exercise.  Why?   Let's just say it can be summed up as Stupid Should Hurt.   You see, I bought new weights ;)   Which of course encouraged me to up the weights on leg day.  All good, in itself.  But then I bumped yoga day (recovery) to the weekend so that I wouldn't have to relocate exercise equipment.  Sadly this meant I had two leg days in a row.  And I'm back at work, so climbing stairs again.  Right.  It's now Saturday and my quads are *still* sore.

And I was so proud of myself for upping the arms too and not being terribly sore after.  Yeah, it was just delayed *sigh*  So officially every part of me hurts now.   On the plus side, I'm *almost* back to my pre-surgeries weight and I'm starting to be able to see actual muscles.  I have hope for that beach in Feb :)  Which is why, despite the sore, I keep going.

Back at work, which is actually awesome.  Going really well -- all of my projects are picking up momentum at the same time.  Which may mean carefully controlled chaos, but at least it means I won't be bored :)
