The ski hill in the first 5km was deadly - basically straight up. Thought it'd be fun for Laura and I to come back in winter and ski it but alas turns out it's a private ski hill and this is not an option :(. lol I never even knew such things existed. All the rest of the hike was lovely and comparatively easy. Perfect weather.
